Colonial Life Rewards 2 Locals for Customer Service

Two local residents have been recognized by Colonial Life & Accident Insurance for superior customer service.

Irmo area residents Pam Childers and Stephanie Jensen were selected for the company’s prestigious Aspire program, according to a release.

They were chosen from more than 1,000 employees in Columbia based on their commitment to excellent service, customer focus and support.

Their recognition includes participating in an elite professional development training program on customer service techniques based on the acclaimed Walt Disney service model, the release said.
