Design Committee Sought for New Irmo Town Park
The Town of Irmo is searching for members of the community to serve on its design committee for the new town park.

Officials with the Town of Irmo are taking applications for those interested in being involved in the design of a new town park.
Irmo Town Council recently approved the purchase of land on Eastview Drive.
Details of the qualifications needed to serve on the committee are below.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
Description: Design Committee for Town Park
Location: Irmo, South Carolina
Pre-Requisite: Resume listing qualifications to serve on an advisory committee for the design of a new public park.
Overview: The Town of Irmo is seeking individuals who can assist in the conceptual design of a new Public Park.
Scope of Work: Involves planning and discussion of concepts to best utilize a 14.43 acre track of undeveloped property. The Town has identified several key features for the park and the committee would help in the placing of the features that best utilize the existing topography. Would be instrumental in the design and scope of the children’s playground area.
