Donuts, Burgers, Pizza Coming To Lake Murray Boulevard
The three new restaurants will open in a new strip center being built in Irmo.
Three new restaurants are coming to Lake Murray Boulevard in Irmo.
Dunkin' Donuts, Marco's Pizza and Smashburger will open in a new strip center at 937 Lake Murray Boulevard.
The new strip center, which is under construction, is located next to Bruegger's Bagels and Moe's.
The new center is being developed by Owen Real Estate, a Columbia-based commercial real estate company.
When the restaurants open, it will be the second Columbia-area location for Smashburger. The chain's first location is on Devine Street.
It will be the fourth Columbia-area location for Marco's Pizza.
