Lexington-Richland 5's board will hold a regular meeting Monday at 7 p.m. at Chapin Elementary School's lighthouse arena.
Agenda includes a presentation from State Law Enforcement Division chief Mark Keel, monthly financial and construction updates, approval of the district's 2013-2014 capital budget, approval of a resolution for equipment acquisition lease, approval for a change order to move a force main at Dutch Fork High, approval of a bid for Phase II at Dutch Fork High and names for Dutch Fork High's media center and chorus room, and Irmo High's field house.
An executive session will be held prior to the regular session starting at 6 p.m. The board will discuss employment items, a legal briefing concerning the lawsuit involving the Freedom from Religion Foundation (student prayer at high school graduation) and a contractual matter regarding a requested sale of property.
