Girls Tennis: Silver Foxes Fall to Mavericks at State Championship
Dutch Fork's girls tennis team was defeated Saturday at the state 4A championship in Cayce.

The Dutch Fork High School girls tennis team lost to the undefeated Mavericks for the state 4A title at the Cayce Tennis and Fitness Center on Saturday.
Mauldin defeated the Silver Foxes 6-0, winning its third consecutive Class 4A title, The State reports.
The team consists of Bailey Shealy (senior), Blakely Hoffman (senior), Carter Cowsert (junior), Sara Riehm (junior), Grayson Zingmark (junior), Anna Maria Gardiner (sophomore), Bailey McGlaughlin (sophmore), Haley Owens (sophomore), Caroline Sinegar (sophomore), Caroline Sloop (sophomore), Maddie Campanella (sophomore), Rachael Brannigan (eighth grade), Lauren Joch (eighth grade), Taylor Robinson (eighth grade), Alison Walsh (eighth grade) and Morgan Campanella (seventh grade).
