Items Needed for Holiday Food Drive
Local groups are collecting non-perishable food items for a holiday food drive.

The Columbia Classic Chevy Club is working with the Lexington County Sheriff's Department to collect food items for the department's annual Christmas holiday food drive.
The club will hold a food drive between 5 and 9 p.m. on Saturday in the parking lot of the Woodberry Plaza Shopping Center at the intersection of U.S. 1 and Woodberry Road near West Columbia.
Citizens are asked to bring non-perishable food items.

The donated food will be distributed by the Lexington Interfaith Community Services and Harvest Hope Food Bank.
