Kim Murphy Residency Hearing Starts Today
The hearing starts at 10 a.m. at Lexington-Richland 5's district office, 1020 Dutch Fork Road in Irmo.

A hearing for the dispute over whether Lexington-Richland 5 board member Kim Murphy lives in Richland or Lexington counties will be held today starting at 10 a.m.
Retired Circut Court Judge Thomas Cooper will meet with state and local officials at the district office, 1020 Dutch Fork Road in Irmo.
Murphy has served the Richland County portion of Lexington-Richland 5 since she was elected in 2010.
