Lexington County Bookings Report-April 20

The Lexington County Sheriff's Department announced three recent arrests of subjects on the department's 'Wanted' list.

Michael Lynn Bell, 48, was arrested on Thursday, April 19, on an arrest warrant on a charge of criminal domestic violence. 

Franklin Neal Scruggs, 24, was arrested on Friday, April 20, on arrest warrants on two counts of indecent exposure.

Scotty Edward Baker, 41, was arrested on April 7, on an arrest warrant on a charge of grand larceny.
