Lexington County's 'Most Wanted'

Eric Dale Blackwater, 31, is wanted on a magistrate’s court bench warrant that was issued for Blackwater after he failed to appear in court on a charge of criminal domestic violence. His last known address was 101 Dubbs Avenue, West Columbia. Blackwater is 6-foot-1 and weighs 180 pounds. Blackwater has black hair and brown eyes.

Charles Bryant Carter, 41, is wanted on an arrest warrant that was issued after Carter failed to register with the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department as a convicted sex offender. Under South Carolina law, Carter is required to register with the sheriff’s department as a convicted sex offender because Carter was convicted of sex offenses on Nov. 6, 1992, and Nov. 10, 1992. Carter’s last known address was 412 Jasper Street, West Columbia. Carter is 5 feet 9 inches and weighs 200 pounds. Carter has brown hair and brown eyes.

Brandon Jewel Lee, 26, is wanted on an arrest warrant on a charge of criminal domestic violence. His last known address was 1212 South Lake Drive, Lexington. Lee is 6 feet 2 inches and weighs 230 pounds. Lee has black hair and brown eyes.
