Lexington County's 'Most Wanted'- July 5

Charles Bryant Carter, 41, is wanted on an arrest warrant that was issued after Carter failed to register with the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department as a convicted sex offender. Under South Carolina law, Carter is required to register with the Sheriff’s Department as a convicted sex offender because Carter was convicted of sex offenses on Nov. 6, 1992 and Nov. 10, 1992. Carter’s last known address was 412 Jasper Street, West Columbia. Carter is 5 feet 9 inches and weighs 200 pounds. Carter has brown hair and brown eyes.

Alexander Skyler Dixon, 22, is wanted on a charge of criminal domestic violence. His last known address was 1663 South Lake Drive, Apartment B, Lexington. Dixon is 5 feet 7 inches and weighs 175 pounds. Dixon has brown hair and blue eyes.

Brittany Joy Kitzmiller, 26, is wanted on a charge of breach of trust with fraudulent intent. Her last known address was 111 Pine Lane, Cayce. Kitzmiller is 5 feet 7 inches and weighs 180 pounds. Kitzmiller has brown hair and brown eyes.
