Stanley Ray Lubkin, 25, is wanted on a magistrate’s court bench warrant that was issued after Lubkin failed to appear in court on charges of breaking into a motor vehicle and shoplifting. His last known address was 640 Cosmos Road, Neeses. Lubkin is 5-foot-8 and weighs 188 pounds. Lubkin has brown hair and brown eyes.

Sidney Mitchell, 24, is wanted on an arrest warrant on a charge of criminal domestic violence. His last known address was 105 Heron Court, Gaston. Mitchell is 5-foot-8 and weighs 179 pounds. Mitchell has black hair and brown eyes.
