Lexington Man Identified in Single-Vehicle Crash

A Lexington man was killed after he lost control on his vehicle and struck a tree.

The Lexington County Coroner’s Office has identified a Lexington man killed in a single-vehicle accident on Jessamine Road on Friday.

Coroner Harry O. Harman identified Joshua Hall Faulk, 30, as the driver of a Ford truck that was traveling south on Jessamine Road around midnight.

Faulk lost control of the vehicle and struck a tree, according to a release.

Faulk, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene from multiple head and body trauma, according to the coroner's office. 

The accident remains under investigation by the Lexington County Coroner’s Office and the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
