Man Sentenced to Life for Murder, Robbery of Lexington County Man
A man was sentenced for the murder and robbery of a Little Mountain man in 2011.

A 21-year-old man was sentenced to life in prison for the murder of a Little Mountain man last year, according to a report from The State.
The newspaper reports that Breon Jacoby Mayers, now 21, of Chapin, was sentenced for the murder and robbery of David Kent Cannon.
, was shot twice in his upper torso with a 9-mm handgun and died at his home.

The three other individuals charged in the case are:
- Jasmine Janell Bowers of Little Mountain
- Tyrome Howard Brennan of Irmo
- Jermaine Caughman of Chapin
All four were each arrested on charges of murder, first-degree burglary, armed robbery and possessing a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.
