- Richland County offices
- Lexington County offices
- The town of Irmo offices
- The town of Lexington offices. Solid Waste and Recycling Collection will run on its normal schedule.
- City of Columbia offices. Garbage and recyclable collection will be on the regular schedule.
- The S.C. Department of Motor Vehicles
