A new Hibachi, seafood and sushi restaurant will open in the Harbison area this fall.
The restaurant will be located at 115 Afton Ct. in the former Bailey's Sports Grille.
The restaurant owners signed a 10-year lease with the landlord for a gross value of $1.6 million, according to a news release from NAI Avant, the company that represented the landlord in the transaction.
The building has 10,000 square feet.
