The Irmo Town Council met for a regular session Tuesday night. Council members voted on several items related to the new town park.
Council voted to approve the following:
- Members unanimously approved a contract with Rutland Mulching Service in the amount of $28,800 for the clearing/mulching of underbrush in the new town park.
- Council voted 4-1 to give authorization to the town administrator to proceed with a special tree survey of trees 8" or larger and boundaries (not to exceed $4,500) and that all three original bidders on the project are allowed to rebid.
