Pet Supplies Plus Opening Irmo Store in June
The store will be in the Irmo Station shopping center on St. Andrews Road.
Irmo residents will have a new place to pick up supplies and food for their furry friends starting in June.
Pet Supplies Plus is opening a store at Irmo Station, a shopping center at 7467 St. Andrews Road anchored by Kroger.
It will be the third Columbia-area location for Pet Supplies Plus. The chain also has stores on Harden Street in Columbia and Augusta Road in West Columbia.

The more than 11,000-square-foot store in Irmo will offer food and supplies for a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, small animals, and reptiles and amphibians.
The store will also provide grooming services and a self-service pet wash area for dogs.

The Irmo location is set to open at the beginning of June, said John Anderson, district team leader for the Columbia stores. A grand opening event planned for June 14-16.
