Update: Assault, Robbery Suspects Arrested

Suspects allegedly beat and robbed a man last Friday in a West Columbia motel room.

Latest Update: Wednesday, 12:30 p.m. -- Fugitive investigators with the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department and a regional U.S. Marshals Service fugitive task force have apprehended and arrested three people wanted by the Sheriff’s Department on arrest warrants in connection with a robbery that occurred Friday at a motel on Harbor Drive near West Columbia.

Lexington County Sheriff James Metts said fugitive investigators arrested Christopher Joseph Eadon, 32, of 141 Wessel Drive, Lexington, and Brian Austin “Bam” Robinson, 21, of 141 Wessel Drive, Lexington, at about 8:45 p.m. on Tuesday in Sumter.

Eadon and Robinson each were being held Wednesday at the Lexington County Detention Center on bail totaling $40,000 on charges of robbery and first-degree assault and battery.

Fugitive investigators arrested Pamela Shae Norris, 29, of 141 Wessel Drive, Lexington, at about 6 p.m. on Tuesday near a motel on Airport Boulevard near Cayce, Metts said. Norris was being held Wednesday at the county Detention Center on bail totaling $20,000 on charges of robbery and first-degree burglary. Norris is Eadon’s girlfriend. Robinson is Eadon’s nephew.

Arrest warrants allege that at about 12:30 a.m. on Jan. 27 Eadon, Norris and Robinson assaulted and then robbed a 20-year-old man in the man’s room at the Executive Inn, 1107 Harbor Drive, West Columbia, Metts said. The 20-year-old man was acquainted with the three suspects and had invited the trio to his room at the motel, according to the sheriff.

Eadon, Norris and Robinson allegedly hit the 20-year-old man with their fists and a belt and placed their hands around his neck, causing the man to lose consciousness while he was being choked, Metts said. After they allegedly assaulted the 20-year-old man, the three suspects then allegedly stole $669 in cash, one LG cellular telephone, and one Dell M5030 laptop computer from the motel room.

EARLIER UPDATE: Tuesday, Jan. 31, 6:40 p.m. -- Pamela Shae Norris was arrested late this afternoon by Lexington County Sheriff’s Department fugitive investigators and will be booked this evening at the Lexington County Detention Center. Christopher Eadon and Brian Robinson remain wanted.

Eadon is 6 feet 1 inch and weighs 195 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.

Norris is 5 feet 5 inches and weighs 130 pounds. Norris has strawberry blond hair and blue eyes.

Robinson is 6 feet 2 inches and weighs 220 pounds. Robinson has brown hair and green eyes.

According to arrest warrants, around 12:30 a.m. on Jan. 27 Eadon, Norris and Robinson assaulted and robbed a 20-year-old man in his room at the Executive Inn located at 1107 Harbor Drive, West Columbia.

Police say the man was an acquaintance of Eadon, Norris and Robinson, and invited them to his room at the motel.

Eadon, Norris and Robinson hit the man with their fists and a belt, and choked him until he lost consciousness, according to police reports.

The three suspects allegedly stole $669 in cash, a cell phone and a Dell laptop from the motel room.
