Report: Family Jumps from Burning Apartment Near Irmo
No serious injuries were reported and the fire was contained to only one apartment, according to a report.
A family suffered minor injuries after jumping from the second story balcony of a burning apartment near Lake Murray Boulevard Tuesday morning, according to a report from The State.
The fire happened shortly before 3 a.m. at Palmetto Pointe apartments, 1220 Meredith Drive, Columbia.
No serious injuries were reported and the fire was contained to one apartment, the report said.
