Richland County Offices To Close For Presidents Day

Schedules for curbside trash and recycling collection will not be affected.

Richland County Government offices will be closed Monday, Feb. 21 for Presidents Day.

Schedules for curbside trash and recycling collection will not be affected. The County’s C&D Landfill, Clemson Road Drop-off Recycling Site and Lower Richland Drop-off Center will be closed Monday and return to their regular schedules Tuesday, Feb. 22.

The County’s Jim-Hamilton-L.B. Owens Airport is open 6 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday.

While offices are closed, residents can access many services on Richland County’s website: www.richlandcountysc.gov, including those by the Auditor, Treasurer, Assessor and other offices.
