One of the Midlands' best-attended festivals wraps up Monday with a day full of events, including the morning parade.

Chapin's Labor Day Festival is one of the best-attended community gatherings of the year in the Midlands.

And Monday morning's annual parade is the highlight of the weekend.

Businesses, schools, nonprofits and politicians from across the region gather to shake hands, pass out information and candy and be seen by customers, donors and voters alike.
