What's Coming to Harbison Boulevard?

There are several new businesses that are opening in the Harbison Boulevard area. Here's a roundup of eateries and stores coming as soon as November.

Anna's Linens

What: A home fashion retail store. Everything you need for home decor including bath accessories, bedding, window treatments, kitchen tools and more.

Where: 256 Harbison Boulevard, in the Harbison Court Shopping Center (Near Ross, Marshall's, Dollar Tree, etc.)

Opening date: Opened Oct. 13

Hours: Mon.-Wed., 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Thurs.-Sat., 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Sun., 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Buffalo Wild Wings

What: A New York-style grill and sports bar offering a full menu of everything from burgers to salads and wings.

Where: 1000 Bower Parkway (Beside Romano's Macaroni Grill)

Opening date: Opens Nov. 7

Jared

What: Jared the Galleria of Jewelry carries a wide selection of items for women, men and baby.

Where: 343 Harbison Boulevard (Formerly Tweeter, next to Wells Fargo and across from Columbiana Centre)

Opening date: Not available

Jimmy Johns

What: A national "gourmet" sandwich shop offering catering and delivery. This will be the fifth location in Columbia.

Where: The Shops on Harbison Hill, 131 Harbison Boulevard

Opening date: November

Mattress Firm

What: A retail store offering a variety of mattresses from such brand names as Sealy and Tempur-Pedic as well as bed frames, pillows and other bedding items. 

Where: The Shops on Harbison Hill, 131 Harbison Boulevard

Opening date: November

McDonalds

What: Do you really need a description? A fast food restaurant offering burgers, sandwiches, desserts and beverages.

Where: Beside Chick-fil-A on Harbison Boulevard (Located where the vacant medical offices were recently torn down)

Opening date: Not available

Yoghut

What: A self-serve frozen yogurt bar offering non-fat and low-fat frozen yogurt, smoothies, parfaits and other goodies.

Where: Harbison Court, 278-J Harbison Boulevard (Next to Barnes and Noble)

Opening date: End of November
