Woman Wanted for Using Stolen Debit, Credit Cards

Irmo Police say the woman is involved in a string of car break-ins and is withdrawing money from bank accounts using stolen credit cards.

A 27-year-old woman is wanted in connection with an ongoing string of car break-ins, check forgeries and credit card fraud, according to the Irmo Police Department. 

Investigators say Brandilyn Nicole Kersey is working with two men, who police have not yet identified.

The two men break into cars and steal checks, identification cards, credit cards and debit cards, according to the Irmo Police Department. Kersey then takes the stolen information to local banks and withdraws money from the victims' accounts.

Investigators with the Irmo Police Department obtained arrest warrants for Kersey on charges of bank fraud, forgery and possession of stolen goods. 

Kersey is suspected of committing the same crimes in Forest Acres, Richland County, Lexington County and the Town of Lexington.

She is described as a white female, about 5 feet 8 inches tall with hazel hair and blue eyes. She weighs about 160 pounds and has a tattoo on her neck that says, "Lylian." She was last seen driving a black Buick Enclave.
