1 Man Arrested, 1 Man Wanted in Fatal Shooting in West Columbia
Deputies arrested a 20-year-old Columbia man who they believe was involved in the shooting.
Detectives arrested a 20-year-old Columbia man Tuesday in connection with the fatal shooting of a 43-year-old woman in West Columbia last week.
Tevin Xavier Deloach of Manor View Court is charged with murder, according to the Lexington County Sheriff's Department.
Detectives say Deloach was with 24-year-old John Christopher Hart when he shot and killed Paula Denise Justice on Lumberjack Drive in West Columbia last week.

Justice had arranged to meet with Hart, who was an acquaintance, around 10:15 p.m. last Wednesday, detectives say.

Deloach drove Hart in a 1993 Lincoln Town Car to pick up Justice, according to the sheriff's department. Deloach then drove them to Lumberjack Drive where deputies say Hart shot Justice in the upper torso.
Deloach later drove Hart to a location where they parked and abandoned the Lincoln Town Car, detectives say.
Deloach was booked at the Lexington County Detention Center at 1:29 a.m. Tuesday. He is being held awaiting a bond hearing.Â
