Gibson Road to Close Saturday Morning for 5K Run
The Lexington County Sheriff's Foundation is holding the 7th annual Jailbreak 5K Run.

Drivers can expect delays on roads near the James R. Metts Law Enforcement Complex early Saturday morning during the Lexington County Sheriff's Foundation Jailbreak 5K Run.
The part of Gibson Road near the law enforcement complex will be completely closed to traffic between 6:30 and 10 a.m.
Officers will be directing traffic on roads in the area.

Anyone with questions concerning traffic delays and road closures during the run can contact the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department at 803-785-8230.
All proceeds from the Jailbreak 5-K Run benefit the Sheriff’s Foundation, which is a nonprofit group that pays for equipment, training and other items that the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department has difficulty acquiring through the governmental budget process.
