How Many Voting Machines Should There Be?
Long lines awaited thousands of Richland County voters on Tuesday, but Lexington County had fewer issues.

Richland County voters headed to the polls on Tuesday were greeted with waits of three hours, four hours or even more to cast their ballot.

There were fewer issues and shorter wait-times reported in Lexington County. Is that because there were more machines?
