Lexington Arms Restaurant Closes After 32 Years
The former home of the restaurant on East Main Street is for sale.
A family-owned Lexington restaurant shut its doors after 32 years in business.Â
Lexington Arms Restaurant & Lounge, a fine-dining establishment on East Main Street, closed recently. A sign hanging on the building says it's for sale.Â
The Crowe family opened the restaurant in 1980, according to its website. They celebrated their 32nd year in business in September 2012.Â

Lexington Arms served American, French and German cuisine and imported wines. Some of the restaurant's signature dishes were chicken cordon bleu, bratwurst and sauteed shrimp. The restaurant also hosted private dining for many special occasions over the years.
