Lexington High senior Haley Royer is the 2013 Miss Wildcat. Royer, who is in the top 10 percent of her class and is a member of the National Honor Society, was crowned Feb. 2 at the Miss Wildcat Pageant.  Lexington Town Council presented Royer with a plaque congratulating her on her win at their Feb. 4 meeting. The senior plans to attend the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York after graduation.  Don't miss a headline!
