Report: Man Charged with Murder Fed Woman's Body to Alligators
An investigator says that the man charged with murder told a fellow inmate that he fed a woman's body to alligators.

LEXINGTON, SC-- A man charged with killing a West Columbia woman who was reported missing last year told a fellow inmate that he fed her body to alligators, according to reports.Â
After an investigator read the inmate's written statement Tuesday during a preliminary hearing, the defense lawyer for 37-year-old Kenneth Cutter decided to drop her request to dismiss the case against Cutter, according to the Orangeburg Times and Democrat.Â
Cutter is charged with murder in the disappearance of 40-year-old Kimberly Parrish.Â

 after picking up her paycheck at Bella Salon on Two Notch Road in Columbia. Her car was found a few days later in the town of North, where Cutter lived.
About a week after Parrish went missing, deputies found DNA evidence and clothing belonging to Parrish at an abandoned house near Cutter's home.

Investigators say Cutter and Parrish were friends for at least four months.Â
