Celebrate BI-LO, Get Free Stuff

Grocer giving away free food and prizes Wednesday.

is taking a tour across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee with its Blast From The Past vintage Airstream trailer in celebration of 50 successful years. When the trailer stops at a , the community will have the chance to receive one of several great prizes and special gifts.

Ten winners will receive $250 worth of groceries, with nine of those winners at the event and one winner chosen through BI-LO’s Facebook page. Another 10 winners will receive a free tank of gas at the event, valued at up to $70.

BI-LO will also be giving away 25 reusable shopping bags filled with BI-LO store-brand products, and 100 individuals will walk away with a retro T-shirt celebrating of the company’s 50-year heritage. Customers at the store event can also take advantage of rollback pricing from noon to 2 p.m. the day of the tour stop on Coca-Cola glass-bottle six packs, which were priced at 99 cents in 1961, the year BI-LO was founded.
