Chipotle to Open Local Restaurants

Chopotle, the popular Tex-Mex restaurant known for fresh ingredients, tacos and burritos, will open two Charleston-area locations in the coming year, according to the Post and Courier.

The North Charleston location will open around May at 7398 Rivers Ave., near Ashley Phosphate Road, and the other should be completed by November at 1905 U.S. Highway 17 near Mount Pleasant Towne Centre, said Alex Spong, director of investor relations, according to the newspaper.
