Food Truck Rodeo is Saturday

Food trucks are all the rage nowadays, and Charleston packs a healthy offering of the box-trucks-turned-restaurants. But some folks just never get a chance to sample what's being served on wheels in the Charleston area.

If you've missed out, sulk no longer. On Saturday, in Mount Pleasant will bring food trucks across the Cooper River for a Food Truck Rodeo, according to a story by The Digitel.

Here's what The Digitel's Amanda Click had to say about the event:

Whole Foods will set out tables and rope off the parking lot. The event is free. It starts at 5 p.m. Saturday and wraps up at 9 p.m.

The following food trucks will attend: Hello my name is BBQ, Happy Camper Snoballs, Diggity Doughnuts, Roti Rolls, Tokyo Crepes, Geechee Island Kitchen, Stada Cucina and Pot Kettle Black.
