How’s it made: Bloom sells fresh-made spice mixes, sauces and dips.
Where can you find it: Bloom sets up at the Mount Pleasant Farmers Market each Tuesday at 3:30 p.m.
Bloom says her spices, sauces and dips take traditional tastes and adds a international zest. Popular sauces include her curried almond salad dressing and garden basil pesto.
"It's all-natural comfort food from all over the world," Bloom said.
