McClellanville Crash Disrupts Traffic
Two-vehicle crash closes lanes on Hwy. 17 at Hwy. 45.

Traffic is moving at a trickle along Highway 17 near Hwy. 45 in McClellanville following an afternoon crash that injured two people, according to the Charleston County Sheriff.
Southbound traffic on Hwy. 17 is being diverted into the northbound lanes as deputies sort out the crash scene, according to Sheriff's spokesman Maj. James Brady.
Two people were air-lifted for medical treatment following the two-vehicle crash, Brady said, but their injuries weren't life-threatening. It happened when a Geo Tracker traveling Southbound on Hwy. 17 was clipped in the rear by a pick-up truck crossing Hwy. 17 from Hwy 45.
