Patch Picks: Perfect Valentine's Day

Our inaugural Best of Patch contest kicks off this week with love on our mind.

Next week is Valentine's Day, and we're looking for the best place in town to take your valentine.

Here are some of our favorite places, but if we're leaving one off of the list, please let us know in the comments and we'll add it:

Fresh ingredients, cooked to high standards and served in a trendy, classy atmosphere, makes this a top choice for Valentine's diners.

This is a great spot to take your sweetheart for an amazing sunset on the water, and it's free, though you might land in the dog house if you don't take your sweetheart somewhere nice to eat afterward.

This is a great, quaint place to dine on a special ocassion, but on Valentine's Day the chef has whipped up a special menu just for the romantics.

This Shem Creek restaurant features great waterfront views and fresh seafood in a upscale setting.

With all the great weather we've had lately, Bambu's trendy outdoor dining room could be the ideal setting for a romantic evening dinner. Even if the weather doesn't cooperate, the hip indoor options will be great as well.
