Crews are working frantically Saturday evening to restore water along Frontage Road off Johnnie Dodds Boulevard after a water-main break.
Deep water and mud are covering the road between East Shore Athletic Club and Chik-fil-a. Restaurants in the area are closed because the water has been cut off, and motorists are being diverted.
