• North Augusta City Council finalizes changes for golf cart users (wfxg.com) — North Augusta residents who use golf carts can now legally drive them within city limits until 11 p.m., provided they have proper lights and mirrors. A new city ordinance also requires drivers to be at least 16 with a valid license, bans carts on state roads in city limits, and mandates seat belts for riders under 12.
