Upstate Man Learns Penalty for Alleged Puppy Mill
The animals were taken from a home on Dunklin Bridge Road in Fountain Inn and turned over to Greenville County Animal Care.

An Upstate man who had 157 dogs removed from his home last month went before a judge Friday.
Dale Ferguson was in court to face five counts of animal cruelty, including hoarding animals and running a puppy mill; three counts of not displaying rabies tag; and one count of improper disposal of dead carcass.
