A judge will decide whether or not former pastor Dale Richardson can post bail.

Dale Dosier Richardson has resided in jail for more than a year and half awaiting multiple charges that say he kidnapped and raped several women. But a judge may decide whether or not the former pastor will have a chance to go home and wait for his trial.Â
