Update 8:30 p.m. March 27: Ladson Road has reopened to traffic. The wreck is still under investigation. Original story: The Charleston County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating a motor vehicle wreck on Ladson Road and Lincolnville Road. The collision involved a school bus a Chrysler Sedan and a white F-150 truck. Minor injuries were reported. Several students and vehicle occupants were transported with minor injuries. The bus was a Charleston County School District bus.  Ladson Road traffic is being re-routed around the scene at Patriot Boulevard, Lincolnville Road and William Aiken to Hamburg Roads. Traffic is backed up as a result of several separate wrecks on Ladson Road. Motorists are urged to use caution while traveling in this area. The cause of the collision is currently under investigation.
