Summerville Mayor Recognizes Disaster Nonprofit

In celebration of Red Cross Month, Summerville Mayor Bill Collins signed the Red Cross Month Proclamation in his office this week.

In the past few months, the Red Cross has assisted 15 Summerville families devastated by home fires. Red Cross disaster trained volunteers are the individuals who respond to the emergency needs of these families.
