• Black River in-person annual events 2025 (manninglive.com) — Leaders from the Sumter School District and Sumter-area Baptist associations joined Black River Missionary Baptist Association’s 2025 annual session and scholarship banquet, emphasizing education, community partnership, and student support. A Lakewood High graduate now attending USC Sumter received a $1,500 scholarship, and residents are invited to future church educational events continuing into 2026.
