• Colleton County man 'severely' burned after falling into burn pit Sunday (abcnews4.com) — A Colleton County resident was severely burned Sunday after falling into a burn pit outside his home near Walterboro, with flames setting his clothes on fire. First responders treated him on scene before flying him to MUSC’s Burn Center, where he’s receiving further care for extensive burns to the right side of his body.
