Cyclist Shot In South Nashville
A man shot in the leg while riding a bicycle in South Nashville is not cooperating with an investigation, police say.

NASHVILLE, TN β A bicyclist shot in the leg south of downtown early Tuesday is recovering but is not cooperating with investigators, according to Metro Police.
Officers responded to a shots-fired report on Lafayette Street around 12:30 a.m. and saw a man struggling to ride his bike and then collapse in the street. He was found with a gunshot wound in his leg and taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. His injuries are not life-threatening.

Detectives believe he was shot near a barbershop on Claiborne Street, but the victim is reportedly not assisting with the investigation.
