Investigators believe Gabino and Pagada were targeted. They say after the Lincoln arrived in the complex's parking lot, a white Chevrolet Traverse (pictured above) pulled in, the shooter got out of the Chevy, fired several shots into Lincoln, then climbed into the Traverse and drove away.

An unidentified person who was driving the Lincoln fled before police arrived.
