• ERPD Arrests Dec. 10-15 (eastridgenewsonline.com) — Recent booking reports show several people arrested by the East Ridge Police Department between December 10 and 15 on charges ranging from DUI and drug possession to burglary and simple assault. Everyone listed remains presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court. These reports give residents a snapshot of current policing activity connected to East Ridge.
   

• GBI investigating officer-involved shooting in Catoosa County involving East Ridge police (wrcbtv.com) — East Ridge police officers were involved in a Sunday evening pursuit of a stolen SUV that began in East Ridge and crossed into Rossville, Georgia, where an officer fired at the fleeing vehicle. No one was hurt, and the SUV was later recovered in Rossville. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is now independently reviewing the incident for the Lookout Mountain District Attorney.
