• Fire Damages South Wind Apartments, Displaces Residents (williamsonsource.com) — A fire at the South Wind Apartments on Southwinds Drive in Franklin heavily damaged two units and displaced residents from 16 apartments Monday afternoon, though no injuries were reported. Franklin firefighters, aided by nearby Station 2 and Franklin Police, quickly contained the blaze after residents helped alert neighbors and evacuate the building.

- We have been out of town for Christmas and just returned home yesterday and our kitty is missing.
