• Multi-County Pursuit Ends With Arrest After Shots Fired at Officers (fetchyournews.com) — A dangerous multi-county police chase ended just outside Jasper where the suspect crashed near the State Route 28 and U.S. 41 overpass and was arrested with drugs, cash, and firearms. Jasper Police joined Marion and Dade County officers after shots were reportedly fired at law enforcement, but no officers were seriously hurt and no one returned fire.
