• Tennessee's ‘Savanna's Law' domestic violence registry will list repeat offenders (wate.com) — Johnson City residents will soon see a new state registry tracking repeat domestic violence offenders when Savanna’s Law takes effect on Jan. 1, 2026. Local advocates based in Johnson City say the registry is a helpful first step, but want stronger protections after a first conviction and more support for both survivors and offenders seeking help.
