Meet A Future Leader In Knoxville: Grayson Rosenblad

The future of Knoxville is looking bright, thanks to the incredible young people working to strengthen our community. In partnership with T-Mobile, Patch is proud to spotlight future leaders like Grayson Rosenblad, who are making a positive impact in and around Knoxville.

This Webb School of Knoxville senior exemplifies a blend of academic excellence, community service, and athletic dedication. As one of three 2025 National Merit Scholarship semifinalists from his school, Grayson’s academic achievements highlight his exceptional dedication to learning. In his junior year, Grayson received Webb’s prestigious Rensselaer Medal for his outstanding accomplishments in mathematics.

“Grayson has demonstrated exceptional talent, passion, and dedication to the study of mathematics,” said Melanie Davis, a math teacher at Webb. “His ability to solve complex problems with accuracy and creativity is remarkable.”

Grayson’s commitment to serving others is equally inspiring. For his Eagle Scout project, he created a Little Free Library and picnic area for residents of the Nature’s Cove housing complex in West Knoxville. Motivated by his love of reading, Grayson said he wanted to provide easier access to books for children and families in the community. The Knoxville Community Development Corporation praised the project for fostering community spirit and supporting literacy.

Outside the classroom and Scouts, Grayson is a dedicated member of Webb’s swim team, balancing academics and athletics with his service efforts. His multifaceted achievements and passion for making a difference highlight his leadership, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to leaving a positive impact on his community.
